  • Do all your B Complex vitamins contain B6, B12, and folic acid?

We have several different B Complex formulas, currently only one of them does not contain Folic Acid, B6 and B12, and the name of this product is Nature Made B-Complex supplement. Previously our Super B Complex did not contain Folic Acid and B12 but it has been reformulated to include both of these vitamins.

If one is taking a Multiple Vitamin that contains folic acid is it still safe to take a B complex that contains folic acid?

It should be fine to take both as long as the total amount of folic acid in both supplements does not exceed 1,000 mcg. Also, taking a higher dose may mask a vitamin B-12 deficiency.

What vitamins are in Stress B Complex?

Nature Made Stress B Complexes contain Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), B6, Folate/Folic Acid, B12, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Our current formula also contains Zinc and Copper.

What vitamins are usually considered members of B complex vitamins?

Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), B6 (Pyridoxine), B12 (Cyanocobalmin), Folate/Folic Acid, Biotin, and Pantothenic Acid.
